Can I change my package later?
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add seasonal extras at any time. We review packages with all clients at the start of each year and adjust as your garden evolves.
What areas do you cover for maintenance?
We maintain gardens across all Milton Keynes postcodes and surrounding villages including Newport Pagnell, Woburn Sands, Olney, and Buckingham. Not sure? Just call us.
Do I need to be home during visits?
Not unless you want to be. Most of our maintenance clients give us gate access, and we leave a visit note through the door with a summary of work completed.
What if the weather means a visit can't go ahead?
Safety first — we will never work in dangerous conditions. Missed visits due to weather are rescheduled as a priority, usually within the same week.
Is equipment and materials included in the price?
All labour, equipment, and standard materials (such as mulch and seasonal bedding plants) are included. Larger additions such as new trees or structures are quoted separately.
